Nick Carter’s Legal Battle: A Closer Look at the Sexual Assault Claims
Nick Carter, a prominent member of the iconic boy band Backstreet Boys, is currently embroiled in a legal dispute over allegations of sexual assault. The singer is seeking to have the claims dismissed, asserting that he was not present in the same state as his accuser on one of the key dates central to the lawsuit.

Repp’s Testimony
During her deposition, Repp reaffirmed the October 27 date multiple times, insisting that it was “absolutely not” possible she was mistaken. However, when confronted with evidence of Carter’s presence in Las Vegas, she reportedly paused and conceded that the date could indeed be incorrect. “It is quite possible that I may have gotten that date incorrect,” she stated, which has raised questions about the reliability of her claims.
Carter’s attorney emphasized this contradiction, arguing that Repp’s acknowledgment of the potential error undermines her allegations. Based on this admission, Carter is requesting the court to dismiss the claims of sexual battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and negligent infliction of emotional distress.
